Following completion of a successful Early Works project involving a substation upgrade and associated electrical and hydraulic infrastructure works at the site, COWYN were awarded the Contract for the Margaret Bailey Building Redevelopment in August 2018.
This project involved the demolition of the existing Margaret Bailey Building and construction of new Four Storey English and Languages Centre encompassing 15 Flexible Learning Areas and Classrooms and associated works.
Completed over a 14 month period on a challenging site, this project was delivered to an exceptionally high standard with Class 1/2 Concrete finishes throughout. Ascham School and the team at COWYN are delighted with the outcome.
