St Narsai College was extremely pleased with the collaborative relationship established with COWYN throughout the course of our project. Their attention to detail and thoughtful recommendations consistently enhanced the design and delivery of outcomes.

The COWYN team was incredibly accommodating, always welcoming site visits and ensuring minimal disruption—limiting noise where possible at our request. They displayed a genuine “can do” attitude and a high level of care, not just for the project itself, but for the broader school environment.

Their team readily assisted with other tasks around the campus and went above and beyond by engaging with our students. We particularly appreciated their visits to the College to speak with students and offer work experience opportunities to those keen on exploring construction careers.

Steve and his team were fantastic to work with throughout, quickly identifying any questions/issues (big or small) and that transferred quickly and professionally through to Brad and his Project Management Team.

We couldn’t be happier with the results we have achieved and a grateful to COWYN for the building they delivered. We would also like to highly commend the way Marc and Steve handled the tender process. They were upfront and honest with ways to deliver the project with some alterations to the designs/plans that did not take away from the finished product but led to significant cost savings to us before the project started. We knew we were dealing with an honest company and up front people and that is what ultimately got them the business.
