Engaged under D+C Contract in February 2024, our project team worked in collaboration with the owners, consultants and preferred local trades to deliver this outstanding Early Learning Centre ahead of its official opening 28/01/2025.
The DA approved single storey facility will accommodate 119 children across 6 separate Activity Rooms and 3 dedicated Outdoor Play Areas. The building encompasses reception and administration offices; children amenities, wash facilities and dedicated sleep rooms; large commercial kitchen; staff and visitor amenities; along with covered verandahs, car parking, driveways, landscaping and associated works.
