COWYN were delighted to return to Catalina Community Centre in 2023 to undertake Stage 3 works following successful delivery of Stages 1 & 2 in 2018 & 2021, respectively.
The final stage of the multi staged development, this facility is poised to become a hub for active living, social engagement, and lifelong learning for Catalina Community Centre residents with the addition of an indoor swimming pool and spa, a modern gym, multi-purpose rooms and amenities to complement the previously constructed cafe, bar, kitchen, lounge, cinema, bistro, billards room, BBQ terrace and bowling green.
