Following construction of Stage One of Catalina Community Centre in November 2018, COWYN were delighted to continue their association with Yarrum Living in delivery of Stage Two at the site.
Featuring a new Cafe, Bar, Kitchen, Admin, Amenities & Bowling Green to adjoin the Stage 1 Building housing a Lounge, Cinema, Bistro, Billiards Room & external BBQ terrace, the team is thrilled with the result delivered during the challenging COVID-19 period.
