COWYN is proud to announce the completion of the New Learning Hub at Central Coast Adventist School.
Delivered under a Novated Design & Construct Contract this major redevelopment project involved construction of a three storey education facility housing Administration Offices on the Ground Floor, open plan information resources, learning area, offices and study pods on the First Floor and flexible learning spaces, study pods and meeting rooms on the Second Floor.
Externally, works involved construction of a suspended link bridge to connects the new Learning Hub to an existing adjacent Secondary School Building; construction of kiss and drop zone; parking; tiered seating and amphitheater space and associated soft and hard landscaping.
The Central Coast Adventist School Learning Hub stands as a testament to COWYN’s capacity to deliver innovative design and construction solutions that align with contemporary educational needs.
