COWYN returned to Clancy College in January 2019 to undertake Stage 7 works involving construction of new Visual Arts & Fitness Building, Canteen Building, playing courts, access road, overflow parking and associated works.
The new Visual Arts Building encompasses 5 General Learning Area’s (GLA’s), amenities and change rooms on the Ground Floor and 4 Art Studios, 1 GLA, a photography studio and clay room on the First Floor whilst the Canteen Building encompasses a Canteen and undercroft on the Ground Floor with 2 large Flexible Learning Area’s and a seminar room on the First Floor.
