This project is stage four of the Clancy Catholic College masterplan. The building is the centrepiece of the school and consists of a library, staff office areas, school canteen, a link bridge and associated external works.
The structure is a combination of reinforced concrete and structural steel wall and roof framing. Externally the building is a combination of masonry block, coloured metal sheeting, fibre cement sheeting and glass.
The building was the winning submission for the Master Builders of Australia Excellence in Construction Awards 2010 – Private Schools up to $5,000,000 Category.
