The Administration Building at Holy Spirit Catholic College, Lakemba was delivered for Sydney Catholic Schools under a Design & Construct contract
The major redevelopment saw the demolition of the existing administration facility and the construction of a purpose-built, contemporary hub that provides a welcoming, functional, and professional environment for staff, students, and the wider school community.
Scope of Works:
Delivery of a new multi-level administration building with offices, boardroom, student services hub and meeting rooms
Staff study areas, kitchen facilities, collaboration zones, and interview rooms designed to enhance efficiency and wellbeing.
A sick bay and dedicated student support spaces, creating a centralised hub for student care and pastoral support.
High-quality interior finishes, joinery, and fit-out throughout.
Comprehensive external works, including new landscaped courtyards, walkways, link bridges, paving, and vehicular access.
Integration of new fire hydrant infrastructure, stormwater drainage systems, and upgraded services in line with modern compliance requirements
Delivered in close collaboration with Sydney Catholic Schools, Gray Puksand Architects, and the wider project team, this facility strengthens the College’s capacity to deliver excellence in education within a safe, modern, and supportive environment.
