The ‘Heart’ project is a new multi storey education building delivered under D+C Contract in the middle of LaSalle College that provides a thoroughfare and connection to three existing buildings.
Delivered under two separate approval pathways consisting of a Development Application (DA) for the existing Hall (Block G) and Library Building (Block L) Refurbishment; and a Complying Development Certificate (CDC) for the new “Heart” Building (Block H); the project entailed the following works:
Level 0: Refurbishment of existing hall, new sanitary facilities, change rooms and storage
Level 1: Refurbishment of upper floor of hall, storage, dance space and offices. new breakout spaces, General Learning Areas (GLA’s), music room, kitchen and multipurpose space
Level 2: New Meeting rooms, GLA’s, fashion space
