COWYN were awarded the Lump Sum Contract in December 2024 following provision of extensive cost planning and buildability advice over a 3 year period during the design development, Development Application & Construction Certificate phases.
Works immediately commenced on the three storey integrated mixed development which contains a Medical Centre, Pathology & Physiotherapy Clinic on the Ground Floor along with Early Learning Centre over the First and Second Floor.
The project team worked in collaboration with various external contractors to deliver the project within a twelve month period ahead of its scheduled trading in the 2025 New Year.
