Delivered as Stage 1 of a State Significant Development (SSD), the Carpark & PUDO project broadly involved
Construction of a new through-link road between Osborn Road and Mt Pleasant Avenue, as a one way, cross-site connection with revised pick-up and drop-off arrangements, undercover pedestrian shelters and elevated walkways
Construction of increased parking at the Osborn Road car park to support the SSD parking strategy.
Demolition of existing tennis courts and replacement with part underground carpark and new tennis courts located on the carpark roof and associated works
