COWYN were engaged under Lump Sum Contract to fit-out a vacant undercroft area below an existing Multi Purpose Hall Building at Mt Annan Christian College. Delivered within eight weeks, works involved construction of new reinforced concrete raft slab, installation of external masonry and glazed walls, internal fit-out to form 4 Flexible General Learning Areas, Store Rooms, Kitchen, Amenities and associated works.
