Best Use of Timber
Our Lady of Fatima Church is designed to see the altar take centre stage, forming a focal point for surrounding parishioners. The worship space maintains an aura of reverence and features timber roof structure, aspects of traditional gothic carpentry in the portal frames, circular windows and rich colouring.
The Church featuring a 600 seat worship area, two separate chapels, offices and amenities was the recipient of two MBA Construction Excellence Awards in 2000. Public Buildings Up to $2.5M and Best Use of Timber.
