The “Field of Dreams’ Project at Oxford Falls Grammar School is a resounding success.
Engaged by epm Projects in September 2021, the initial scope involved construction of a two storey facility encompassing 79 parking spaces and amenities on the ground floor; and competition playing courts with bespoke canopy structure, outdoor study and landscaping on the first floor.
Midway through construction and after extensive collaboration with all project stakeholders our team were engaged to convert the outdoor study area into an enclosed learning environment to house library spaces and amenities on the first floor.
Add in a bridge spanning over the adjacent creek to link to the existing campus, a bleacher seating, honed concrete finishes throughout and extensive landscaping, this project is a standout.
