The Ottelien (Block A) Upgrade completed at Rosebank College involved the construction of new Colonnade adjoining the existing building and refurbishment of existing College Hall.
Completed under a phased construction programme, access to the existing Hall Building was demolished and a new three storey concrete Colonnade structure constructed which included a feature clock tower, glazed facade with external waterfall and passenger lift to improve access and egress from the Hall Building.
The second phase of the project delivered within a strict 8 week time frame over the Christmas School Holiday period to minimise College disruption involved underpinning of the existing structure, installation of mezzanine level and internal stair access, refurbishment of the existing Hall inclusive of motorised platform installation, acoustic and service upgrades.
