Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School, Matraville - Stage 2

Stage 2 delivered under Design & Construct Contract at Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School is a significant milestone in the re-development of the site. Works undertaken included the demolition of the existing Block B and the construction of a new three-storey Hall & Administration Building including administration offices and a multipurpose hall on the ground floor, a multipurpose space, tiered learning space, and amenities on the first floor, and staff study & offices on the second floor.

The new Hall & Administration Building not only enhances the functionality and aesthetics of the school but also provides a modern, flexible, and inclusive environment that supports the educational and administrative needs of the school community. This project reflects a commitment to providing high-quality education facilities that cater to the evolving needs of students and staff.

Nearing completion of the Stage 2 build, COWYN were successfully awarded the Stage 3 Contract - testament to our high performing team and collaborative approach to project delivery. Stage 3 is scheduled to commence in August 2024.
