Delivered on a challenging and restrictive site, this project incorporated a new build and adaptive reuse, preserving heritage elements and providing live-in accommodation for the Sisters of Charity.

Entailing the refurbishment of an existing multi storey schoolhouse and construction of new connecting structure built to form nine new residential apartments, the project was seamlessly delivered to provide the Sisters an abundance of open space and natural light counters whilst preserving the historic identity of the site.
