Engaged under D+C Contract in January 2021, COWYN worked collaboratively with the owners and consultant team to deliver a state of the art Early Learning Centre for 103 children within the Wamberal community.
The ELC encompasses 5 Childcare rooms, staff rooms, kitchen, storerooms, children WCs and wash facilities, visitors and staff WCs, laundry, offices, foyer, lounge, external play facilities, verandahs, carparking, driveways, pathways, and landscaping.
