St Patrick’s College, Campbelltown - COLA Upgrade

Delivered under Lump Sum Contract, the upgrade works completed on the existing COLA at St Patrick’s Campbelltown have given the site a new lease of life.

Situated between two adjacent classroom buildings, the scope involved detailed demolition works, alterations to existing roof structure, installation of danpalon roofing system; construction of new concrete stairs, tiered seating, retaining walls; installation of new landscaping, services and application of colourful epoxy flooring system to enliven the Covered Outdoor Learning Area!
