Co-Wyn were contracted by Catholic Schools Office, Diocese of Broken Bay to design and construct a new two storey education facility inclusive of a multipurpose hall, canteen and store on the ground floor and a library and computer room on the first floor complete with new covered walkway, lift and the conversion of existing hall and library into 6 GLA’s.
The 1,240 sqm project was delivered at the cost of $1,952/sqm within 9 months on the challenging site.
