St Peter’s Catholic College, Tuggerah

The Hospitality Trade Training centre presented many challenges for the construction team. Working in between two existing buildings, meant that the link building, consisting of the new hospitality trade training centre and general classrooms, had to be millimetre precise to marry in successfully with the existing structures levels and walkways.

The new trade training centre was constructed of reinforced concrete, structural steel with metal wall cladding that provides a low maintenance finish. Internally finishes are consistent with a commercial kitchen and cafeteria. A commercial grade stainless steel kitchen with attached serving area and cafeteria provides a premier facility for aspiring hospitality students to hone their hospitality skills.
