St Lucy’s School, Wahroonga

COWYN are extremely proud to have aligned with St Lucy’s School, Wahroonga and Bellcorp Management Pty Ltd in the staged construction of the Catherine Centre and Veritas Upgrade project which reached practical completion in January 2025.

Completed over an 18 month period, Stage One involved construction of new two storey classroom building housing twelve learning areas with associated learning support areas, staff areas, amenities and associated site works.

Stage Two involved the detailed alteration of eight existing classrooms to accommodate specialist life skill learning areas, VET kitchen, Library, Resource room, Literacy & Numeracy areas and refurbishment of existing Reception & Administration.

As a special K-12 school for students with disabilities, our team were required to meticulously coordinate site works to minimise disruptions to the school and the outcome is outstanding.
