COWYN awarded Contract for Catherine Centre and Veritas Refurbishment at St Lucy’s School, Wahroonga
Stage One commencing next month involves construction of new two storey classroom building (Catherine Centre) housing 12 learning areas with associated learning support areas, staff areas, amenities and associated site works.
Stage Two cwill involve conversion of eight classrooms to accommodate specialist life skill learning areas, VET kitchen, refurbished Library, Resource room, Literacy & Numeracy areas and refurbished Reception & Administration.
We look forward to working with St Lucy’s and Bellcorp Project Management over the next 18 months to deliver this fantastic facility for the School and community.
